Gus is a composer for tv, film and theatre. Recent credits include additional music for The Diamond Heist (Netflix), The Reluctant Traveler with Eugene Levy: Bucket List (Apple TV+) and John Lennon: Murder A Without Trial (Apple TV+). He also worked on the sound design for the Emmy-winning score of Netflix's WW2: From The Frontlines.
He writes for Universal, BMG, Extreme and 1107 production music labels, with placements on popular tv shows such as Love Island, The Apprentice, Too Hot to Handle, Queer Eye, and Sky Sports Premiere League, to name a few.
Gus has written original music for a number of short films. Highlights include Valeria Weerasinghe's short animation, In Una Goccia, winner of the Premio Mutti 2021, and in 2024 he scored Matthew Thomas-Robinson action short, The Scarlet Ghost, which was selected at Wham Fest, Fighting Spirit and Haymaker film festivals.
Gus also works in theatre and live performance. He wrote the original score for London Children's Ballet's production of Anne of Green Gables in 2022 (returning to the West End in 2026); co-wrote a new musical, Kling: Ett Liv For Glass, with Edwin Gray and Kat Eaton in 2023; and worked with legendary electronic duo Underworld on a string arrangement of their single "Black Poppies" in 2024.
Gus studied at The Royal College of Music as a scholar on the Composition for Screen masters programme. Other achievements include: BBC Music Magazine "Rising Star" 2022, BAFTA Scholar 2017-19, Zurich International Film Festival Composition Competition Finalist 2019.
